Patron Membership Description

Patron Membership is open to any person, school, company, firm, or institution currently involved in the field of improvised music.  This includes performers, educators, researchers, performing ensembles, publishers, record labels, recording studios, music stores, manufacturers, music services, foundations, professional associations, radio stations, and television stations, among others. 

In the case of a company or firm, one person must be designated as the ISIM Active Member representing the company or firm.  In the case of a school, one faculty advisor must be designated as the ISIM Active Member representing the school.

Patron members participate in all activities of ISIM except voting.  Patron members are eligible to hold office.
